MJ tributes in full force here in the Bay. Yesterday at the Trans gathering in Dolores Park it was MJ all day long. Spoke to P-Raw on the phone back in Brooklyn, and she said "Well, Michael Jackson was a Tranny March if there ever was one!"

A friend and I were driving here from Portland the other day; we spent several hours in the majestic Redwoods on our way here, and as we were leaving we each received a text. Emerging from such giants only to hear of a giant's passing was pure poetry.
