I couldn't possibly forget! Can you believe Garo's show on Sundance? I am a mix of inspired and proud! Also just saw Ms Nicks at the Fillmore, SF a few days ago. During Edge of Seventeen, during her stage walk, I got to hold her hand for a sec, and she looked right into my eyes and said "Thank You!" I have never seen her look more lovely or sound more flawless. That made me think of you, and the good old days. Love to Johnny and all of the magical nightlife luminaries!

When I was 13, my mother and father took a day trip to Ohio to see my uncle and my brother closest to me in age was suppose to keep an eye on me while they were away. He did a really good job by getting me totally stoned. Later in the evening he had his girlfriend named Andrea come over, and they went downstairs in our family room where my brothers best friend Chris and I could hear her getting the life fucked out of her from where we were upstairs in the livingroom. Well at 13 almost...

Suddenly I feel a bit feverish...Did I ever tell you about the time I was in Miami and all oiled up and sashayin' down the beach in that gayish zone around 20th street and two Cuban mamis snatched me up right off the beach. I was 21 at the time and I had just imbibed an organic ciggerette and had washed down a mandrax or two with a shaker full of Martini juice and I'm bare foot and in only a skimpy speedo headed towards the ocean for a dip... Well these two young ( 18?) hot cubano girls who...

You can get boots done, boobs done, anything ya'need!~ I'm taking a break from all the shopping. I'm in a beach town called Krabi. I'm staying in a Bungalow on a nearby quieter beach. This area is known for dramatic rock formations, huge spooky limestone cliffs surrounding the beaches, and caves. Yesterday I took a boat ride that took us to 4 islands. It was an all day trip that included lunch and snorkeling (less than the price of a movie). The fish here are so colorful. I really relate to...

Myself I don't care for labels since they suggest a digital (e.g. binary!) world. Humans are so analog (continuous and varying). Those caterpillars are very dangerous. They feed on the Poison Ivy and exude the poison. One summer I felt so sorry for the little guys I decided to save them from certain death. I would pick them up and carry them to safety. The next day I was covered with Poison Ivy. I looked like The Elephant Man.

Against some of my better judgement, I'm going to throw this out about part of my experience(s) with Glorya, though I restrained myself from getting involved in the mudslinging in another forum (despite wanting very much to join in). The first time I worked for Glorya was at one of her Pyramid Club Parties back in 1995. I danced on the bar in heels, panties and bustier all night long. At the end of the night, she said that the party didn't make enough money and none of the dancers would get...

There was a followup story on NY1 tonight saying that residents and businesses in the affected area - which was huge - West Side from Battery Park to 14th Street West of Broadway - are being asked to conserve power with the new heat wave coming this week. It seems that power for that sector that was controlled by the blown-up transformer has to be coming from somewhere else for a few weeks while it is rebuilt. And they don't sound that confident about the somewhere else. If you didn't lose...

The streets are inhabited mostly by locals and townies and a small smattering of day trippers. this is the time of year to be here. No crowds, no screaming babies and families with strollers in your way at every turn. No circute party fags filling your ear with their constant drivel.Even the divine drag queens have pulled up their wig stands and headed home.
