Two Flawless Sabrina clones plus the original, eye-popping Garo fashions, Rose serving full Chi Chi effect, Sammyjo playing both Opus III It's a Fine Day and B-52s circa summer 1987, and lots of special cigarettes in the air. And I loved Brandon's Love is a Battlefield ensemble. Aren't summer birthday parties fun? Happy birthay, Empress!
And the most interesting of visages happened later in the night while Chi Chi and I were chatting. This young couple sat next to her on the banquette, a multi-pierced pretty boy in kilt & beret and his mohawked/mulletted tattooed very boyish girlfriend started what seemed like dry humping for several moments oblivious of us (or was it a purposeful display?), and then briefly to us spoke in some accent (italian or french, we never did figure out), but it was a certainly on a little side show...
And maybe I will keep that cane, since I was told it looked rather ghetto fabulous...
