Oh Mr. Joe-- I don't believe you live in that famed building! If those walls could talk... and they do!

Anyway, Hapi's connection with MS was in Athens, GA, where he went to college. His father was one of the designers of MARTA.

I love the lamppost story though-- I always thought MS had a Fred Astaire quality about him.
