I am very excited to be part of an amazing collective of drag actresses called SHIM MAMSIR PRODUCTIONS. Bianca DelRio, Mimi Imfurst, Bianca Leigh, Lavinina Co-Op, Dallas Dubois and Yours Truly will debut our company Thursday Feb 25 @ The Bowery Poetry Club. We will do six readings in 6 months as fund raisers for a full, original production slotted for late August, early September. The readings will be from plays, films, sitcoms, tv movies of the week and after school specials. The audience will never know the title of the evenings performance UNTIL the curtain goes up!!! The readings are informal allowing the words to tell the story thru some very talented actresses. Our "Maiden Voyage" was first a play, then a film and is a tale of well coiffed "hair-o-ines" so sweet you will need a shot of insulin!!! Hope you can come support our first endeavor.
