SAINT MARKS CHURCH - PARISH HALL*

131 East 10th Street NYC

NAVIGATING HEALTH CARE REFORM is a repeat of last month's wildly popular workshop from HOWL HELP and THE ACTOR'S FUND at ST. MARKS CHURCH. Again, seasoned presenters will help members of the creative community understand the Affordable Care Act and provide clear guidance by a certified Affordable Care Act Navigator on options that work for you. If you sign up by February 15, your coverage will start March 1 - we've heard from over 30 attendees of the December workshop that they enrolled easily after attending, and will be insured as of this weekend!

DON'T MISS THIS UNPRECEDENTED OPPORTUNITY

The signup period for the national and state marketplaces FOR THIS YEAR extends ONLY through March 31. If you don't get it together, you can't take advantage of this truly affordable coverage until November 2014. Please come join us.

Special Thanks to The Poetry Project, who donated their night at ST. MARKS CHURCH for the workshop.

* Please use PARISH HALL entrance down right hand side of church, NOT front entrance.
