Well you got the East Village part right, Daddy.
Pete's Place was a restaurant on Fifth Street very close to the old Ninth Pct. Stationhouse. Frequented by cops, and really a dive until Evelyne, a French wild woman came along and made the restaurant part really fab and arty with great food and DJs etc. And a wild late night drug scene ensued... (Wasn't NYC grand?)
Ah, remember her two gorrr-geous uncut sons, Daddy? Named something like Jean-Marc and Jean-Cristophe, I think... But maybe you didn't speak French back then...
