EVERY ARTIST INSURED (OBAMACARE FOR ARTISTS) RETURNS TO THE EAST VILLAGE This month the ACTORS FUND christens the brand new HOWL HAPPENING GALLERY space with a return of their OBAMACARE FOR ARTISTS workshops and the first of their East Village AFFORDABLE HOUSING seminars. Last year close to 100 of our artist and performance community obtained affordable or free health insurance after attending one of these seminars, co-hosted by HOWL HELP. The 2015 window to enroll is closing on February 15...
