The Skinny, totally neighborhood.

Inexpensive drinks.

Dive atmosphere.

Used to be Angel and before that Kush, if you remember that far back.

DJs can't really win there because there is no cabaret license, but they like to pump out the way they wouldn't be able to at a club where they inevitably have to go pop or commercial for a facebook crowd.
