Buy 2 of these magazines.
Read one (in other words, get coffee and baby laxative all over it) but put the other one away in plastic because this will be worth money a few years from now.
You will be VERY glad you saved it.

Journalism and Editors training obviously.
English and Speech/Rhetoric wouldn't hurt either.

I worked on my college's paper for two semesters and I had a great time. Definetly work on your schools paper if they have one, the training and the experience are unbeatable. Will look great on your resume as well.
