I am in Buenos Aires performing Symphonie Fantastique..how cool –literally- its winter here
Anyhow even though im away I couldn't pass up the opportunity to present an absolutely WONDERFUL puppeteering couple from France who happened to be touring in nearby Montréal. The company's name is LA PENDUE and they do a true old fashioned puppet show but with plenty of invention, sex appeal, postmodern twists, and infectious energy. It was one of the best things I saw in France last year.
I hope you might consider adding it to your summer outings.

Its presented as part of the dream music puppetry program which I run and the American living room festival at the hERE arts center
(complete with comfy sofas for the audience)
shows are sat, sun, mon and tues aug 18-21 at 8:30pm with matinees at 4pm on the 18th and 19th
