Locomotion at Roxy- Saturdays

One of the great club parties every saturday night. I loved the swing, decor, tons of go-go girls and just about everything else. I'm not sure of the time frame but around 92 it started to die down and change to what it is today. It had a circus atmosphere or New Orleans touch to it.
You don't see many big clubs doing parties like that anymore. I think Lee Lachappel was the promoter but I could be wrong. That was also the place I got to see and meet alot of New York City girls- Page, Lahoma, Perfida, Rupaul and many more.

Yeah, I think it was Lee Chapel. He was doing a Susanne Bartsch Copa type thing but it eventually evolved into something of it's own. Really fun. Miss Understood was a big part of it as I remember.
