Otter opens New Orleans Theater

The irrepressible OTTER has just opened a theater/performance space in her backyard in the Bywater. Its called The Backyard Ballroom.

Their first production opens this evening and I hear it is SRO.

The incredible & amazing OTTER is now running the OYA COMMUNITY MARKETPLACE at the BACKYARD BALLROOM theater in New Orleans's Bywater district, Saturdays & Sundays, noon to sunset. The open-air, all-day event will feature locally produced art, food, fashion, crafts and live music by local NOLA bands & DJ's.

This weekend's Music by:
• CURIE- all girl, vintage NOLA Gypsy rock band
•Skully's Records presents Dr. Dan & DJ Filthy D
• SOUTHPAW-jazz, reggae, blues & pop
