Calling all of our performance family and creative folk in SAN FRANCISCO - we're delighted to be returning so soon for another star-studded show in the most welcoming of cities. THE JACKIE FACTORY is joining forces with WEIMAR NEW YORK producer EARL DAX and EMANUELLE CHICHE of THE BUBBLE LOUNGE to kick off a unique new monthly in San Francisco's NORTH BEACH neighborhood. THE TINGEL TANGEL CLUB SAN FRANCISCO debuts tonight with guest diva JOEY ARIAS, finally set loose from her starring role in ZUMANITY (the Cirque de Soleil Las Vegas spectacle), DJ JOHNNY DYNELL, performance troupe THE PIXIE HARLOTS (SF chapter), East Village totem SCOTTY THE BLUE BUNNY, visuals by ALTHEA LOVELESS, and M.C. CHI CHI VALENTI

This all takes place in THE BUBBLE LOUNGE SAN FRANCISCO, in celebration of its tenth anniversary in the Bay Area, and continues every last Wednesday of the month for a glamorously mixed crowd. Full information in our next newsletter.

Big Yea!

It was great.
Very crowded with EVERYONE who was ANYONE in SF...
AND DONE!!!!
The crowd was gorgeous and very glamorous.
Except Glamamore who was a no-show.
Surprise surprise (I predicted it)

And the Faeries were out in force.
A boy came up to me (I knew he was approaching by the unmistakable Faerie B.O. that was descending upon my nose like little cat feet).
He's said, "Do I know you? You look very familiar".
With one whiff I said, "It must have been on Short Mountain".
"How did you know that I was a Fearie?"
"Oh, just a guess".
One of my fave moments was when a beautiful Faerie boy came over to say hello and I said, "Wow, you look very Texxx tonight".
He said, "I guess I should, he gave me what I'm wearing".
Small world.

The Burlesque girls were out in force as well.
Ms Margo, Kitty on the Keys, Phonique...
just a few of the girls.
Stunning!

And let's not forget the trannys!
Too many to mention but all done to perfection.
One of my new faves was Gina.
73 years young and absolutley beautiful.
we met her the night before at this Jazz club called "Enrico's" in North Beach. Tranny Diva Veronica Klaus was singing there.
When I invited her to our party she asked, "Is it OK if I bring my seniors?"
"Your seniors? I asked.
"Yes, I'm 73 and we have a group of senior trannys that get together".
GOD, I LOVE THAT TOWN!
BTW
Gina is 73 but works gorgeous 6 inch pumps like a 12 year old Puerto Rican girl!

Almost every one there said to say hello to Hattie.
Damn Hatches, you own that town!
Trans.
She's doing hair now and it shows!
Amazing wig / bobby pin action.
She's obviously very happy and healthy.
SF agrees with her.

The same for LuLu (aka Todd Tomarrow).
Living large with very nice BF.

Glamamore was a no-show so I assume she's up to her old tricks and ruling as well.

I haven't seen Glamamore (aka Mr. David) in years but from what I see she and Miss Juanita Moore own that town. They are like The Dick Cheney and George Bush of San Francisco.
Nothing happens without their OK.
Well, maybe not Glamamore but Juanita has that town under a spell.
I love Juanita Moore!

Juanita was a huge help to us when we did the Barneys opening last year. We had 45 dancers (that we cast(ed)? in SF). It was a huge production that took our entire costume collection and half of Miss Understood's.
The girls were no problem to cast but the boys were a nightmare.
They were all these hideous actor/model things that were going to wear these silver shorts. (that were pretty conservative for us)
But everyone of them was like,
"What am I gonna be wearing? That? I don't think so. I don't like that color. Don't you have it in another color. You want me to take my shirt off"? I explained that I obviously needed to see what he looked like without a shirt since he would be dancing in the silver shorts.
"Dude, I don't take my shirt off for another dude, dude".
I explained that he would be in nothing but silver shorts in front of 800 people and if that was a problem...
"Dude, I can do it if there are chicks there don't worry".
Daddy: NEXT!
Anyway, after two days we didn't have any boys.
So I called on the big gun...
Miss Juanita Moore.
I explained the problem to her, she made a call and within minutes these great guys started showing up.
"Juanita sent me" they would say.
EVERY single one of them was perfect and a pleasure.
She is major.

A reminder to our performance family and creative folk in SAN FRANCISCO that tomorrow night is the third edition of TINGEL TANGEL SAN FRANCISCO, the monthly we helped create and will be returning for soon. WEIMAR NEW YORK producer EARL DAX and EMANUELLE CHICHE will be at the helm of this month's edition, as we are in NYC this week for several events. It's a star-studded bill with NOVICE THEORY, VERONICA KLAUS, MC KATE RIGG, KIRK READ and ALOTTA BOUTTE and DJs NATURE BOY and NEIL N. KIZMIAZ.

The venue is in San Francisco's NORTH BEACH neighborhood, at the base of the Trans-America building. TINGEL TANGEL CLUB is a rollicking night of dancing and debauchery that recalls the dance halls of Weimar-era Berlin combined with the raw energy of a New York warehouse party. The monthly series celebrates BUBBLE LOUNGE's tenth anniversary in the Bay Area, and continues every last Wednesday of the month for a glamorously mixed crowd.

Factory producers JOHNNY DYNELL and CHI CHI VALENTI plan to return for the July edition, and wish all our SF Family a great night out!

Guest list available for our friends and performers - please write to events@jackiefactory.com by 6 PM on 5/28.
