That was the magic of the Pyramid, Jackie60, and other the clubs back ZEN . . . talk about "Farewell Charming Old New York" . . . clubs were places to drink, hang-out, dance, get laid, hear music, but they were also theaters for little drama-queens and kings . . . to come up with an idea, add some hot glue, duct tape and a staple gun . . . and voila! Le show!
One really hot boring summer Bunny and I decided to do the easiest show we could think of . . . it was a throw away idea Bunny came up with when she found a copy of the Zoom! LP . . . ZOOM! (the kiddie PBS show) co-starring Triscuit & Davey Illku . . . we put a line in the budget for pot, and each week during the summer, we got twenty bucks for a couple of dime bags which we smoked before going on stage as little PBS-nerd kids.

Yes... i've slipped into the hair gel world here and i can't stand up. after laughing my ass off over the GAB effect and gaining true insight into past questions.... i feel ready to know some more. 1st... josh... that's correct and it was the first 3 wigstocks (or 4) that i put the sound system together. later.... i saw the systems grow (along with all the cocks) and it became "ITSELF" .....

I honestly can say... 99.8% of the time with you i enjoyed your company. some of it ... i just NEVER understood (because i came from R.I. and i was "gloden gloves" ...HAHAHAHA) still.... that club has remained my favorite of them ALL and what i saw there give me the nerve to stretch the boundries here in China. i'm waiting for all or any of you to get hip to the scene here and help me open a club. I have no doubt of it's success. I mean ... NYC i believe is now OFF THE MAP for clubbing. I miss you all...also ... Dance Noise performed alot at 8bc where i 1st met many of your faces. Speaking of DanceNoise - I just performed with Lucy & Ann yesterday at BAM at an "Ibsen in the 21st Century" Seminar or something like that . . .we did excerpts of "Hedda Gabler Hedda Gabler" that we originally did in 1992 Ann flew in From SF just for this show. Gina Varla Vitro (Chicklet)di Pookie (Richard Move)'s part . . . it was a bit wierd to have all these Ibsen scholars talking about Ibsen and what not from a dais - and then for us to go up on the demonstration stage and perform semi-nude dances . . . go figure. Well, I just quit my day job with the health, dental and pension plans . . . and doing that show was sort of a shamanistic exclamation point to jumping into the great unkowable void (again). Wheeee! Haps.

That's where i heard ! on a side note .... bobby B. was the one who brought me over to the pyramid from 8bc. he came 2 or 3 times and offered me a job ... and having grown a bit TIRED of "the ART clique" ...i went for a look. 2 me... it (the pyramid) looked like a fuckin holloween party that was never gonna stop. .. it all the TYPES ..(ie queens,punks,skins,wanna be's,leeches ect. i fell in love from the moment i walked in the door. Sister Dimension is the proud father of two gorgeous little girls. Can you imagine how great it would be to have Alan as your father! I've been over to their house and watched as the family puts on shows in the living room for each other. Full costume, make-up, wigs, choreography... the whole thing. It's very 1800's.

He is also a good loving father.
These are not "Messy Little Lizas" that he is raising. His kids are smart, well rounded and obviously open to the ways of the world.
AND they are both killer performers!
I could easily see one of them as president of the United States.

(over the head i hope) .... it must be real hard to smoke weed with the no smoking ban and all. here in china... you can smoke anywhere and because 99.9% of the folks here don't know what "weed or hash" smell like ..... one can smoke it "freely" where ever one likes. .... also ... those groovy hash pipes are a part of chinese culture so having one doesn't draw much attention if any at all. welcome to Beijing (don't wait till everyone and his mother comes here... be a trend set-a .... !)
