I read through this string and had to pull out (heh heh... "pull out".... heh...) my Liquid Sky DVD when I saw that daddy was in the movie. I think I found him. In the actual movie he walks by at 4'45" for just a quick second before Anne Carlisle as Jimmy axes Adrian "Do you have any stuff?". Oh wow, when I read that daddy was also in Backdoor Lambada, I just had to go pull out my copy and see if I could find him. It was a little more difficult than finding him in Liquid Sky, but I think I found him. I'm waiting to see exactly how much money Bush doles out to the state of Louisiana and NOLA. When he was running for re-election, he poured federal relief funds into Florida (a swing state where his brother is governor) after hurricanes lashed the state. Mind you, I'm happy that the people of Florida received emergency assistance where needed, however the tragedy of NOLA is 100 times worse, and now Bush has no election to worry about. I wouldn't be surprised to see the federal purse strings...

My friends were so happy with the rates and quality of the Chinatown HolidayInn... now it's getting converted to a luxury hotel just like all the rest. Sheesh! Hotel rates here are so wacky. The "Howard Johnson Express" on Houston is one of the best deals around.. and it's a stinky deal. It's very bare bones dreary place.
